Information stored

FASTRDP stores account names, email addresses, password hashes, account permissions, order records, wallet ledger entries, payment references and statuses, support tickets, referral attribution and administrative audit records. Delivered server credentials are stored encrypted. Password recovery stores a hashed, expiring token and an encrypted reset email in the sending queue. Cookies maintain your session; browser storage remembers your theme preference.

How information is used

We use these records to manage accounts, verify funding, fulfil orders manually, provide support, send account and transaction emails, track referrals and protect the service. Rate-limit records help control repeated login and recovery requests. Authorised administrators can access operational records for these purposes.

Service providers

Hostinger hosts the website and email service. NOWPayments processes crypto checkout and related payment verification. RDP suppliers provide the purchased remote desktops. Information needed to complete an order or payment may be processed by those providers under their own terms and privacy information. Do not submit sensitive personal information in support messages unless needed to resolve your request.

Email and security

Account recovery and transactional emails go to the account email address; operational order and transaction notifications also go to info@fastrdp.net. Server passwords are not included in transaction or delivery emails. You are responsible for protecting your mailbox and credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Optional analytics

When configured and you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics receives public-page visit events, a browser identifier and technical information used for traffic reporting. Private account, payment, recovery and admin pages are excluded by this integration. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics preferences on public pages. Names, emails, order references and credentials are not included in the configured page-view payload. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy terms. Declining analytics does not prevent use of FASTRDP.

Retention and requests

Records and backups may be retained for account operations, support, reconciliation and audit purposes. Contact info@fastrdp.net to request access, correction or deletion and to ask about retention. We may need to verify account ownership and explain records that must be retained. Deleting an account does not automatically remove information held independently by a payment or server provider.
