Service terms

Orders and payments
FASTRDP resells remote desktop services. Prices and wallet balances are displayed in USD. Review your plan, country and resources before confirming payment. A confirmed wallet purchase deducts the displayed amount from your balance. Shared plans share the listed server resources; they do not provide dedicated CPU or RAM.
Crypto funding
Crypto deposits use NOWPayments. The site minimum is $15; individual coins or networks may require more. Review the payment network, address, fees, expiry and total on the provider checkout. Provider and network fees are paid by the customer. A return to this website does not prove payment. Wallet credit follows server-side verification of completed payment. Partial or unmatched payments require review; contact support with the payment reference.
Manual delivery and renewal
Server delivery is manual and depends on supplier stock and payment confirmation. A paid order does not mean a server is immediately ready. We notify you when connection details are available in your dashboard. Check your server expiry date and contact support about renewal before it expires. Automatic renewal and automatic supplier provisioning are not offered.
Cancellations and support
Contact info@fastrdp.net or open a dashboard support ticket before paying again or cancelling an order. Where an administrator cancels a wallet-paid order before any server record exists, the system returns that order payment to the wallet. This is a wallet reversal, not a crypto transfer. Delivered servers, external payments and requests for funds to be returned outside the wallet require individual review. Include your order or payment reference; never send your password. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Responsible use
Keep your login and server credentials private. Use the service only for activities you are authorised to perform. Do not use it for unauthorised access, malware, spam, fraud, attacks or violations of third-party rights. Supplier restrictions also affect available software and permitted workloads. Contact support if you are unsure whether a workload is supported.
Service limits
Dashboard status reflects operator records rather than continuous monitoring. Boot and restart buttons submit manual requests; they do not confirm that a server has restarted. Referrals currently track signups only and do not earn commission. Contact support for availability, connection issues or service changes.
